With 25 years of experience, we adapt information for people with learning disabilities and others who experience barriers to easy and clear information.

We believe everyone has the right to access information in the way that suits them best.

Our easy read design services make information clear for neurodivergent people, cognitive impairments, children/young people, older people and anyone who would benefit from information that is empathically designed for their needs.

At Easy and Clear, we are experts at converting complex information into easy read - for adults and young people with learning disabilities and autistic people. We also write and produce easy information for other people who may not have a learning disability but still need information in an inclusive format. We can produce child friendly documents for children, young people and parents/ carers. We advise all our clients to check easy read documents with a user testing/focus group.

We work with a wide variety of clients - from NHS Trusts and local government organisations through to art galleries, museums and adult social care providers. We have designed and produced easy read and easy information for some of the UK's biggest charities including Barnado's, Bowel Cancer UK, Leonard Cheshire Disability, National Autistic Society and the NSPCC.
