At Easy and Clear, we do more than just convert information. We are experts at assessing information for layout, content, readability and understanding. We treat every enquiry with care and interest, ensuring you get the service and quality results you expect.
The Easy and Clear conversion method follows a 3-step process:
We treat every client’s request as a priority, working in a collaborative way at every stage of the process.
From initial enquiry to final draft delivery, our experienced and friendly staff work with you and your organisation, to produce information that is as inclusive as possible.
From easy read to easier to read, no matter what your requirements might be, we design and produce content that is easy and clear to understand.
When it comes to price structure, there are no flat rates on page rates or word counts.
We assess each document on the complexity of the content and base our prices on the time we know it will take to convert.
We believe in fairness and value for money. Our prices have stayed the same for 10 years. By quoting on the time taken to convert a document, we believe we offer the best value for money.
Costs include two sets of client amends as standard.
