We have 25 years of experience producing easy information for learning disability, autistic people and others who may experience barriers to information.

We believe everyone has the right to access clear information.

Our information design services make words clear for people with neurodivergence, cognitive impairments, children/young people, older people and anyone who would benefit from information that is empathically designed for their needs.

At Easy and Clear, we are experts at converting complex information into easy read - for adults and young people with learning disabilities and autistic people. We also write and produce easy to read information for other groups who may not have a learning disability but still need information in an inclusive format. We can produce child friendly documents for children, young people and parents/ carers. We advise all our clients to check easy read documents with a user testing/focus group.

We work with a wide variety of clients - from NHS Trusts and local government organisations through to art galleries, museums and adult social care providers. We have designed and produced easy read and easy to read documents for some of the UK's biggest charities including Barnado's, Bowel Cancer UK, Leonard Cheshire Disability, National Autistic Society and the NSPCC.
